aftermarket wheels & tires...need help!

![Question](https://electricvehicleforums.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I'm looking at buying these wheels and tires but I need to know if they fit or not?
wheels:

tires:
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...d=010329&ar=45
Someone told me that I should go with a lower offset to make the wheels sit more flush with the fenders.
Or do I need to pick different tires?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Once again, sorry I'm a noobie!

You choice of wheel and either tire will fit the TCH.

Just a word of caution - I replaced the wheels and tires on my 03 Civic Hybrid about a year ago. I was very careful to get LRR tires (Continental ContiTouringContact CV95, which are GREAT), and I even dropped 2.3 lbs per wheel using light-weight rims (Kosei). I still lost an overall 2 MPG. Maybe the TCH isn't as touchy, but I think spoked wheels and sticky tires will have an impact.
