Default AC Power

I have a Belkin AC Anywhere DC to AC converter, used with my former vehicle. We're getting ready to head to Colorado and want to be able to recharge the laptop, etc. Is there any issue with using one of these with the hybrid?

Thanks!

Default Re: AC Power

I would not think so. I am a realtor and I have a laser printer/copier in my trunk and a 400 watt inverter hooked to the 12 volt battery in the trunk. It works great! I just turn it on whenever I need to use my printer otherwise I just leave it off. If you use a small one like a 200 watt inverter that plugs into the cig. lighter then you should be fine to charge a laptop or other small item. If you use an inverter that hooks to the 12 volt batt. just make sure you turn the inverter off otherwise you might run down your batt. If you use a small one that plugs into the cig lighter then nothing to worry about as they turn off when you turn the car off.
