I'm in the middle of a trip from WA to IL...where we live in Eastern WA we have hills so my around the town mileage is about 34 mpt...but on the way here we have been consistently getting 40+. At one time the tank average was 55.5...but that was downhill with a tailwind! HAH! On the way east we went through WY and NE. I was astounded at how well it was running at 7,000 feet in WY.

Around Illinois where we are for a week and it is nice and flat the tank average is definitely staying around 40 mpg...

Going west we are planning on traveling I90 through SD and MT. Hopefully no headwind! Will report back when I get final totals.
