2015 TCH incrementing siren sound (video)
Hi All,
First time poster here and completely perplexed as to what this sound means. We just bought a new to us 2015 TCH SE that started making this siren sound on start up. Initially we noticed the sound go "pew" and chalked it up as one of the weird hybrid sounds that all ICE drivers have to get accustomed to. The next time we start the car, it's "pew pew", the third time it's "pew pew pew". We're now up to 10 "pews"...
Here's what it sounds like:
Been scouring the internet trying to figure out what this sound means and, of course, searching for anything "pew pew" on the internet will lead you down all kinds of silly and useless alleyways.
The car does not show any error codes or warning messages and operates normally. Bad auxiliary battery? Aftermarket security system? Any TCH veterans heard of this before? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated...
