Is this 2008 Toyota Hybrid Supra??
It's scheduled to appear at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 7th.
Even tho its a concept car, they just might place it in production, I think it would look great in my driveway!!

There is a lot of discussion about this car over at ToyotaNation.com. The hybrid engine is targeted for performance rather than economy (similar to the Lexus GS450h).

That's what I'm talking about!
I honestly think Hybrids would have, could have, and should have caught on ALOT earlier than now IF the designers came up with normal looking cars.
Let's be honest, few people really like the look of the Prius or an Insight (horrendous)...it looks like a shoehorn. There's NO reason whatsoever for hybrid cars not to look like normal cars...such as a GTI, Mazda 3, etc....they would look cool, offer people more options, more appeal...and we'd all be better for it.
At least now we are seeing a change with Honda and Toyota...it's a start...the Europeans really need to jump on board...a Hybrid Clio Cup....mmmmmmmmmm.
