Does anyone know where I can find this part? It's the piece of plastic being held in this picture. I'm currently using duct tape.

Pretty sure that's only going to be available at a dealer or junk yard. The market would be too small for any aftermarket parts. Ebay is another possibility, but seems somewhat improbable. I don't think i'd bother replacing it. It doesn't serve much purpose and is no more functional than your duct tape solution. Plus, it's hidden behind the access door.
