Re: FS: 2006 Escape Hybrid 4WD in Eugene, OR
I wouldn't know what that sale price represents compared to today, but we were astounded that we had to go so low. It did however coincide with a significant dip in gasoline prices, so the ADD masses forgot about why a fuel efficient vehicle might just be important later on!
We got sucker punched on gas prices again when we opted to sell our F150 later that year, just as gas prices were starting to ramp up again. Doh!
Fortunately we are driving fairly efficient vehicles now, although, stupid us, we are again trying to sell a newer car.
It's a 2007 Mazda5 for anybody interested. Seats 6 and we get 27-32 MPG. Not bad for a minivan.
Anyway, feel free to edit the main title to reflect the SOLD status of the Escape.
