Wind Power done wrong!
I'm all for wind power where it can take advantage of predictable and reliable natural forces, but this appears to be wrong in every way. Criminal investigations are under way, but I highly doubt anyone goes to jail, though somebody should.

Wow! What a huge screw up! 1.5mpg average wind speed!!!
You need to a year(s) long wind study before even thinking about putting up a farm. The type of mill is also a huge factor. Those eggbeaters only work in high wind and need to be started by and external power source.
