Default Rush is More Entertainer than Journalist

While I agree with Rush most of the time, I'm doing it less and less these days. I don't care for either the Republicans or Democrats being dominated by leaders that have the "my way or the highway" approach. I prefer finding some common ground and avoiding the scortched earth approach.

Rush is more of an entertainer in content and behavior. When he is on the air, he become a person that's somewhat different from his real self, brasher, a bit meglomanicial (although sort of for laughs). The worst thing about most American talk radio is extremism is more entertaining. Controversey is more entertaining - just ask shock jocks like Howard Stern.

So far, this poll have identified about 40% that consider themselves right-of-center - Rush is not right.

Hmmm.. my mother always said it's improper to talk religion and politics, but I'm a democrat and I'm educated. Enough said.

The reason for this poll was to see what the demographics are. You don't have to say how you voted if you don't want.

Some people just like to explain why they voted how they did but its not necess
ary.

The reason for the poll is because some on the right say that hybrids are only bought by left wing liberal tree huggers, and the guys on the left say that conservatives don't care enough about the environment so they don't buy hybrids and drive around in large SUVs.
