PNGV and 80 MPG
Hi,
The Partnership for a New Generation of Vehicles had a goal of vehicles getting 80 MPG. As I was nodding off to sleep, I realize that 50 miles per gallon (MPG) is 80 kilometers per gallon (KPG), well within the range of my NHW11 Prius. This of course is 'moving the goal posts' although the GM Precept, a diesel-hybrid, would have done it easily.
