I think I've seen plates with 666 before, if not it was something like 6GG which looks the same.

Yeah, Delta Flyer, unfortunately 'they' do issue random plates with those numbers (and probably those letters, too), at least in my state. When the plate appeared in the mail, I was fairly surprised, myself. I would have thought, as you do, that there would be some internal editing that would prevent that, especially since the forms for the vanity plate claim that they won't accept plates with references that are obscene. Presumably, they'd have to be able to figure out that it was obscene, so perhaps obscure and obscene would get by. Anyway, I'm sure I'm not the only one out there stuck with this kind of plate- irritating, though.

 

We saw some California plates in San Francisco, non-vanity plates.
The license was 2BIG469...
