yes, try to get ur money back if u are referring to the battery bank batteries that ur having trouble with.
mine had just one bad cell and the entire bank needed to be replaced. luckily the batteries were one of the things i got the extended warranty on. so it was covered. but had i not opted for the extended warranty, it would have been a couple grand with labor and all. i don’t remember the exact amount it would have cost me, but pretty sure it was around $2500, if not more. this was 2016...
