$5K of incentives for the NAH in CA and OR
From http://local.nissanusa.com/west/altima-hybrid.html, when I put these CA and OR zip codes: 90024, 95120, 92101, 97229, I see that they all show $5K of incentives!
It looks like $1K goes away on 5/31, and the other $4K goes away 6/1, unless Nissan decides to renew them. I have no idea if this has been going for awhile or if Nissan will renew. But, to me, this, coupled w/the $2350 Federal tax credit (http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax_hybrid.shtml) makes the NAH quite a bargain.
It wouldn't hurt to try your own zip in the above page if the NAH is available in your area.
