My vehicle in ev mode within about two minutes produces no heat thru cabin vents, heat on full, car in ev mode. There is two electric coolant pumps, one is for power coverter and the other is a recuirculator for heater core. Where is the pump for heater core located?

Here is the issue. Aux cooling pump worked but did not run at proper rpm. Replaced pump now have full heat in ev mode.
