I like the phrase they use, "ultra-hip" to describe hybrids. In reality, hybrid cars are our saving grace in the interim between dwindling oil supplies and alternate fuel vehicles etc etc. Feels like I should go out and buy some expensive shoes or some Charlie "Bird" Parker CD's or a new BB suit to wear while I drve my "ultra-hip" vehicle around with my schnozz in the air.....

 

What a wonderfully useless article. She spouted a couple of numbers that were obviously fed to her without digging deeper. Let's look at the cost of one hybrid vs. its non-hybrid counterpart without looking at trim levels, tax credits, other hybrids, all the while throwing out a single number for fuel savings.

The sad part is that this was not a negative article, just a useless one.
