The article is about Detroit's woes in general. However there was this one little gem

I think they need Saab and Hummer like a hole in the head. Toyota has Toyota, Lexus, and Scion - worldwide. Somebody asked me one day, and I said I'd drop Hummer and take that money and effort and put it into hybrids and stop screwing around.
