One of our local t.v. stations (KREM2) announced that while interviewing the local Honda dealers, they were told they were sold out of the current allotment of FITS & HCH II & were taking presales only. They did not mention Toyota at all but I did notice they were advertising the Prius for 23,000 last month in the paper with several in stock, yesterday (our big auto ad paper) made no mention of them.....
Seems I have noticed a lot of HCHII's on the road lately it almost feels like a secret handshake with the wheels, roof antena & mirror mounted turn signals and the knowing smile when we pull up next to each other .

 

I, too, am seeing more and more on the road every day. HCH2, Prius, Camry, FEH. These vehicles ARE definitely selling now.
