Why the hatin' unless this guy doesn't own or ever ride in an internal combustion engine vehicle, fly or get on a boat?

Me thinks he needs a vacation from his blog. Perspective is correct, as I would find it very hard to carry my building materials and finished work on the back of my bike... yet I do find it odd that people get a hybrid so they can continue to drive 100 miles a day commuting (I understand the economic/housing issues.) Let's just all do the best we can, there are always going to be people spreading FUD.
