Not only are greenhouse gases and consumption increasing another 52% in the next quarter-century, look at the projected oil production: do you think Saudi Arabia has those kind of reserves?

the above quote from the article is infuriating. nowhere does it say anything about conservation, just the need to explore more and get more out of the ground.

Several articles state the known oil reserves are an estimate. Many governments tend to overstate their reserves. Hopefully, more oil will be found, but there are no guarantees....
