Audi and Mercedes hybrids from the Frankfurt Auto Show
From the December 2005 issue of Car and Driver, page 42, there was
1) Audi Q7 hybrid concept: Porsche Cayenne/VW Toureg will get gas-electric hybrid version for 2008. Battery stored below the rear compartment, where the spare tire usually is.

2) Mercedes Benz S350 Direct Hybrid (3.5 L gas-electric) and Blutec Hybrid (3.2 L diesel-electric)
