New member with an 05 HCH
Hi guys, I picked up an 05 HCH recently and found the forum while searching around.
Though this is my first hybrid, I've been hypermiling for the better part of a decade and have been around these cars for years. I've also done the racing discs, grille block, and underbody panels on the cars in the past and I intend to do some minor mods to the new car as well.

Nearly a week without any responses. Where is everyone around here?
Well, for my first mod I made a simple engine blanket + grille block combo to help deal with the -20C daily temps here in WI. I've been getting a code P1600 IMA system malfunction anytime I start the car below -15C, so I sure hope this helps.
BTW, I'm still averaging around 45mpg city even with such extreme temps. And on non-LRR tires too!
