New '05 Prius and '06 Highlander in CA
Hi everyone!
My fiancee and I just worked a pretty good under sticker "deal" for an '05 Prius Package #6 and '06 Highlander 2WD Limited. So we're now a two hybrid household! We're coming from a '99 Civic EX for her, and a 2000 BMW 328Ci for me. Believe it or not I was actually averaging 30+ mpg per tank on the Bimmer!
Kristina absolutely *loves* the Highlander (her primary "car" now), and the Prius has impressed me a lot more than I thought it would.
Through half a tank each, the Prius is at 50.0mpg, and Kristina's Highlander is at 30.0mpg.
We're always looking for more tips & techniques to increase our mileage, and you can't have too many friends!

Sounds like you have the right attitude to get good gas milage in both your hybrids. The "Pulse and Glide" technique works for both of your hybrids.
I once got 47.1 mpg for 21 miles using the P&G in a 2wd Highlander Limited! You can, too.
