Default Howdy

Howdy everybody. The wife and I bought a TCH on November 3rd. We're enjoying it so far, and looking forward to learning from everybody here.

You are in for a treat. A bunch of us took a tour of the Georgetown KY plant where they make them over Columbus Day holiday. They told us 1/3d of all Camrys they make are hybrids.

BTW, it is a good idea to record your mileage to learn what works and doesn't work. Don't worry about the 'dealer tank' but the subsequent ones are important for learning what works. One caution, we're headed into colder weather and mileage usually falls off. I think there is a block heater that can help mitigate the effects of the cold.

GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the tip. Do you know where I can pick up a block heater? Cold weather will certainly be a factor here. Not all of AZ is desert; we're at about 5600 ft asl. We've had a few hard freezes already.

I don't know if the Prius heater works in the Camry. You might search or ask over in the Camry forum.

GOOD LUCK!
