Hi there! Just got a 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid
I'm new here. Got my 2007 FEH in August, and am loving it. Haven't gotten to 3000 miles yet, but already doing better than EPA numbers on recent tanks.
While I'm really happy with the FEH, the dealership is another matter. They have embraced every opportunity to screw up. I'm going to give their Service Department one chance on the 5000-mile service, but if that department is like the rest of the dealership, I'll be looking for someplace else to get my service done.
