Default drivin off the lot...

just joined tonight, but i've visited a few times before. i picked up my 2006 ford escape hybrid at the end of august and it's been great so far. i've been joking with some co-workers that i drive a rocket ship to work. at least the guys are amused by a girl who can't stop talking about her car i even had to order a geek vanity plate...michigan plate NIMHBUG. couldn't resist, my husband hates it but i like explaining.

later!

i really wanted UNPLUGD but it was already taken! since so many people still think the car needs to be plugged in...i want to cut about a foot off an orange extension cord and hang it out the back hatch.

Careful.... if you get on their bad side, NIMH also stands for "National Institute of Mental Health".

I'm not so sure the extension cord idea is a good one. People will probably assume that it DOES have to be plugged in, but that you forgot to unplug it before you backed out of the garage.
