Belated Intro
I'm Delta Flyer from the Dallas area. For five years/77,000 miles I've driven a 5-speed 2000 Honda Insight with only a slight problem with the O2 sensor during that time.
My lifetime milage is 56.6 mpg on mostly freeway driving keeping up with the agressive Dallas drivers I often rant about. The mpg would probably be around 63 mpg if I stuck to the speed limit.
While I dream of enhancements, I'm happy with my Insight.
The nickname Delta Flyer will ring a bell to anyone familiar with Star Trek: Voyager. The one on Star Trek was named after a "souped-up shuttle" by one one interested in 20th-century hotrods. I decided to name my 21st-century car after a shuttle!
