I can't seem to find a link to the actual downlaod. Anyone care to point me to it?

You don't download it on your PC, you download it on your X-box 360, in the X-box online arcade. I'm guessing you also have to own Test Drive Unlimited as well in order to download it. Then when you play the game, you can drive the said Lexus models.
