___Yes, it is supposedly for hybrids that receive > 45 mpg that qualify. In any case, this is a boondoggle given what I could receive in the ULEV rated Corolla in an HOV lane vs. some hybrid’s

Honda does the same thing with the Civic Hybrid. I imagine removing the PZEV components helps save money, so they limit it to just California & CA-qualified states.
