GM plans to build gasoline-electric hybrid Malibu

General Motors Corp. plans to expand the lineup of the Malibu sedans built at the company's Fairfax plant in Kansas City, Kan., adding a gasoline-electric hybrid version of the popular car to production in 2007 for the 2008 model year.

The Fairfax plant, with 3,000 employees, already produces the gas-only versions of the Malibu and Malibu Maxx vehicles.

Hmm. I'm guessing they archive the articles after X number of days and then require membership, because I never reference information that requires a registration.
