PZEV is the same as your car SULEV=PZEV the PZEV has extra mods so it doesn't vent vapors to the outside of the vehicle.

so your car probly puts out less emissions due to its tiny motor and extreme MPG you attain.

___My Insight is the 5-speed and has a relatively lousy LEV rating on our garbage HS fuel here in the Midwest. ULEV in the clean fuel states. Either way, it is no cleaner then my Ranger, dirtier then the Corolla, and far dirtier then the ULEV-II rated MDX. I am not proud of this fact but at least my CO2 emissions are down near 90g/mile or so … The Escape HEV is far cleaner then all of my automobiles in the SMOG forming and direct health effects emissions arena.
