Default Brake System

My 2008 Honda Civic has the Brake System amber light on. The IMA battery charging is not as high as it was before even when braking. I had a faulty ignition switch replaced last week and it started after that. There is no way to reset this light other than take it to Honda. I am reluctant to do this because of the $160/hr labour rate. I do have a right rear wheel sensor showing up in a scan and if I replace that will the light go out?
