Seat height Adjustment issue

Seat height Adjustment issue
Howdy folks:
So far loving the insight, but I have one complaint to make to honda. The seat height adjustment lever needs some sort of locking mechanism, as it seems when I get out of the car, I am able to move the seat down since it seems my legs are pressing on the locking lever.
Anyone else run into this?

Re: Seat height Adjustment issue
Well, according to the user manual... that makes no sense.
You're supposed to raise it by pulling up... like a pump.
To lower it, you're supposed to push down.
Did you pull it up till it "ticks"? I don't own the Insight, yet. But I remember a video of a woman adjusting her height by pumping it up.

Re: Seat height Adjustment issue
Well... you could try getting out of the car a different way.
I'm sure if you only swing one leg out, you won't be pressing on the lever... then you lean out of the door and start to stand, and as you do that, you pull your other leg out of the car.
This is how I normally get out of vehicles.
