Trip A and Trip B don't have instantaneous readouts (the bar that goes from 0-150). If you press the round "FCD" button, it will take you to the screen that has the bar. That one can be reset by holding the FCD button down for a few seconds.

As for oil, I always use 0w-20 in the Insight. It should get you the best mileage possible, I use the discontinued Mobil 1 synthetic. Be sure whoever performs the oil change puts in the exact amount and doesn't overfill it, that will hurt your mileage and isn't good for the engine anyway.
