What we know: Honda will introduce a new hybrid by 2009 that the company hopes will challenge Toyota’s hybrid market dominance. Honda confirms that the new hybrid will be smaller and cheaper than the current Honda Civic Hybrid and will be an entirely new vehicle, not merely a hybridized version of an existing model (such as the expected Fit Hybrid).

Merigayle; '05 and '06 Insights were made at the giant Suzuka plant in Japan. This plant is NOT moving or shutting down. It still manufactures several models of Hondas and Acuras.

Xavier, this is only a concept car. You can't go out and buy one. It has 2 video cameras replacing the outside mirrors.

The 2007 Honda Fit (North American version) is more of a sporty, preppy car, and NOT optimized for fuel economy.
