Default Vent Visors on windows?

I was wondering if anyone has installed vent visors on their Insight windows. I like to leave my windows cracked in the summer heat but want to keep the summer showers out , etc. I've googled on vent visors but all the companies that manufacture them don't seem to do Insight specific ones.
If you've installed them, what did you use and is it easy to adapt visors meant for a diferent make, i.e. Civic or other?

try insightcentral.net for insight-specific info. IIRC there is a civic version that can be modified to fit the insight.

you can see them on a lot of pickups & suvs. they cover the top of the window so that if the window is cracked open a passerby can not tell and if it rains when your windows are cracked open your car does not get soaked.

They do disturb the aeordynamics of the Insight though and ideally I want to have removable visors so that I can put them on my car when I park but take them off when I drive - but I don't know if this kind exists....

ck out Weathertech's products.

installed on my TCH - they fit inside the window channel at the top, and don't have that clumsy glued-on look. verrryyy sleek looking, I get looks all the time.

the fronts just pop in; the rears have an adhesive strip.

not sure why you'd remove them, but they are easily removable.

the dark ones are the way to go unless you live in Alaska.

Unfortunately, Weathertech does not make them for the Honda Insight. Noone seems to. So I'm trying to find out if anyone has used visors meant for a different car and managed to fit them/alter them to fit the Insight.
