When you approach what you think is your HCH with groceries and go to open the trunk and realize that it's not your HCH.. And the real owners are right behind you!!

Yeah the same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I come out of the market, hit the key, then stand there wondering why my doors won't unlock before looking in the next spot and realizing it wasn't my car. The other owner wasn't present though.

Cool. The more hybrids I see the happier I am.

P.S. When I read the subject line, I thought you were going to say you ran out of gas. I did that too.

 

You know that wouldn't have been so bad except my car was about 5 rows over!! Then like an idiot I tried to explain while they're looking at me like I'm a nut!

 

I actually usually gas up before it's needed because I get tired of waiting for it to need gas! Last time I waited 13 days!

 

Doesn't happen with my Passat.

It's quite unique (never seen the same combination in Canada yet), so I know it's my car when coming near it...

 

Yeah the moral of the story is next time ask the dealer what color is selling the most and DON"T buy that color..

Who'd knew the gray would be that dang popular?!?!
