Transmission Lifespan?

Does anyone know how long a HCH transmission will last? A friend told me that a CVT lasts only 120k miles. Is this true? I have 81k miles now.

do not be alarmed; those were government fleet vehicles. you don't drive them as badly as they do, and so your cvt should last longer.
