SRS Warning Light

SRS Warning Light
Hi. I have a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid and the SRS Warning light is on. Has anybody taken their HCH to a dealer and actually found something wrong? I was wondering if I should just try to reset it and see if it comes back or take it in.
Thanks,
JH

Re: SRS Warning Light
That's the warning light that came on a few days after I brought my car home from the dealer. I took it in for them to check out. I guess there was a code; they ran a diagnosis and cleared it. Apparently nothing was wrong and it just needed a reset. It took very little time and they didn't charge me for anything.
I guess if you know how to reset it, it's worth a try.

Re: SRS Warning Light
Try to reset it, by unpluggin your 12V battery for about 10 minutes. If the code reappears, take it to your dealer. A fault in the SRS system can seriously injure you or your passengers.
