Splash guard
There are 8-9 clips on the main guard under the engine (+2 bolts). There are another 6-8 on the secondary guard that goes under the driver's side to cover the brake lines.
That's a good idea to check online for the clips. I should have stated that I was in a hurry to get it fixed up after the guard ripped off, so I didn't shop around.
Also, I have not confirmed this, but the guy at Honda (which is also a Toyota dealer) said that he used to work at Advance Auto and they had those same clips for dirt cheap. Again, I have not confirmed this, but if there is an aftermarket clip that is the correct size it would be a heck of a lot cheaper.

the splash guard is also there to protect the oil filter from road debris.
the newer model hondas have an oil filter on the lower front of the motor instead of upper rear or passenger side.
as far as the clips we have a service news at honda that tells us to spray the clips with wd40 or triflow before removing in order to lube and get some debris out of them...seems to work the magic when removing those things
