Snow tires and TPMS

How many people when you change to snow tires get the TPMS re-learned? I am debating what to do, my dealer quoted me 40 bucks each for 4 new tpms sensors to put in my winter wheel/tire combo and 60 to re-learn them. It doesn't seem to bad to me.

Got 15" aluminum wheels with my Toyo Observes - the stock 'Touring' wheels are 16" - not too many Snotires fit those fancy wheels. Didn't buy the TPMS either. I park close to the storage shed with the dry tires in. Somehow the TPMS light goes out for a while every morning. Interesting?
