That is a very interesting data point. KBB is often known to float somewhat inflated pricing. For reference, I was at the dealer the other day and they had an 04 HCH and they were asking $24.5 for it. 'Asking' being the key term here, but there definitely is a market for hybrids here in So Cal.

Does anyone know if used cars automatically 'inherit' the HOV sticker rights here in California? Do the stickers accompany the car or the registered owner?
