Rotating tires (torque)

What is the ft-lbs for torquing down the wheels when rotating tires? Can't seem to find it in the manual. Thanks

Depends on how fast you are accelerating the rotating tires - vehicle only has so much torque....

Oh - you mean torquing down lugs...

which model/year?
