REGEN off when almost stopping

Re: REGEN off when almost stopping
I wouldn't say I have to "step harder"...
... instead I would say that depending on the circumstances it takes a bit of modulating of the brake pedal pressure to make the transition a little smoother. With practice, not even the passengers will be able to notice the regen to hydraulic transition.

Yeah, you will get used to it quickly. The only time I notice it (in other words: find it annoying) is on icy roads when I don't want to use my brakes. The car slows down well in "S" up until about 10mph and then I have no choice but to brake for the last few feet.

I notice this more in the very early part of my drive. After everything has warmed up, it seems to nearly go away.
I must say that when the regen suddenly cuts off, you do have to watch it if you are not firmly on the brake pedal yet.
