Yes,
we do get the heated mirrors. But, to be fair, all of Canada pretty much freezes over during winter time, so, this is more a requirement then an "option"
There are a few "canadian" only things in the Civic Hybrid:
- The heated mirrors
- Low windshield washer fluid indicator (why Canada only?!?!? Is this true?)
- A french instruction manual

If you live down South, the one indispensable option is the full front end cover. It keeps that part of the car free of bug gunk. (It also protects against gravel dings, so I'd actually recommend it for everyone.)
