Default Oil Filters

Anyone use Amsoil? My first oil change is coming up. SDF13 for me unless somone has a better idea. :-)

Last I heard (a few years ago I admit) they got the best test results of the "normal" filters, normal meaning it screws in and looks like any other filter, I don't want any complex mods.

Purolater pure-one was a close second if I remember correctly.

I have to order these off the internet, all they carry around here is FRAM and WIX.

Default Re: Oil Filters

I have used Amsoil filters on my 2004 HCH. I'm pretty sure it was the same filter that fits a non-hybrid 2004 Civic, but I cannot find out the number for sure.....As far as quality, you should have no worries - the Amsoil are good ones....
