Just go to any auto repair shop. Wheel bearings for one wheel would be no more than $150 installed. Maybe someone who has had this repair done in the past yr. will no more about todays prices. I normally do this type of repair myself.H

The wheel bearing shouldn't go on an '06 unless you have >100k miles on it! It's not under warranty? That's making me a bit worried, I have an '07 and it rumbles too but I think it's just the tires and my slightly higher than normal tire pressure.
As for cost, I don't know about the Civic (it's probably an easier job) but on my '99 Cavalier I had a wheel bearing changed and it cost me $300 at a shop where I'm friends with the owner.
