LCD Language is in Japanese

Hi . I have Honda Civic Hybrid 2007 Japan model. Its Language
Is in Japanies. Can any one tell me how can i change it in English.

Is this car right hand drive or left hand drive?
If the car made for JDM then usually it is impossible or price prohibitive to change the interface language.
