Idle Hunting

For the past few weeks the Idle was hunting up and down when stopped and the power delivery on take off was jerky.

I Searched the threads and came up with
Auto Stop issue and thanks to Morgante with his idle learn procedure its running perfectly

I can't find what Morgante posted. What did you do to correct the issue? I though this was a good indication that it's time for a CVT fluid change.
