I Placed my order for the 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid today, a Opal Pearl Blue Outside and Bi-Color Blue Interior with Nav. and X/M Satellite Radio.

I will tell you when I find out. I really just wanted to make sure that I could get my hands on one because I felt like in the beginning it would be (Very-Difficult) to find one with the exact color combination and options like the Nav. and X/M Sat. My dealer is only getting "TWO" with Nav. before the end of 2005. One is mine and that leaves one. He does have in stock right now the LX and EX sedans, but I did not see any of them with Nav. option.

Just curious why the wait till Jan. 1st ?

I want mix any words; If it's crap I'll say so, but I think it's going to be (GREAT) and I will also be glad to report that if that is the case.

Because of the 2006 tax CREDIT that will be available only for vehicles delivered (or put into service I am still not clear on this) after Jan 1 2006:

I won't be placing an order for the '06. Sparky hasn't sparked yet!

 

The 2006 tax credit is superior to the 2005 - and I'm not in a huge hurry as this will more than likely be a 2nd car.

Please let us know when you find out the price. Did they give you a hint? Like MSRP or MSRP +$500, etc.? My dealer said at MSRP.
