Default Honda civic hybrid 07 shaking issue

Hello everybody! I just bought a Honda Civic Hybrid 2007 and it runs great but once I stop in auto stop or parking the car starts shaking or trembling but once I push the gas and start running it disappears. I don't know if this is a common issue with this type of car or not but I called the Honda dealer and they want to charge me $100 just for the diagnosis. That's crazy!!! So please help me if you know something about this problem.

Thanks!

I would drain and refill the CVT with 3 ltr. new oil. Use Honda CVT oil only. The MM tells us to do this every third engine oil change. I believe it is #3 on the MM list. H
